ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@insoshop.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.insoshop.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@insoshop.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Our shipping time takes 3-10 business days depending on your location excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.  Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Please reach out to support@insoshop.com for additional assistance in this matter.

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELIVERED IN 2 PACKAGES AS YOUR ITEMS WILL ORIGINATE FROM DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within in United State only. Please check detailed breakdown before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders! 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

What is your Returns Policy?

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates are final sale and non-refundable.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@insoshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We hope you're going to love everything you order from INSO SHOP, but if you don't you can return for free.

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

What should I do if I haven't received my refund?

If you haven't had your refund here's what you need to do:

  • Make sure it's been 14 days or 21 business days
  • Check your junk emails for an email from us
  • Contact us by clicking 'Contact Us Now' on this page and have your proof of postage handy

 To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time expected timescales, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
